So the title goes. What worries me is that the judgment passed by the court is not always "setimpal" with the crimes committed by the defendant/pesalah. How would a layman thinks when an ex-Chief Minister who was found guilty of corruption got 1-year jail term compared to a mother who stole a can of milk to feed her hungry child gets a 2-year jail term.
There ought to be a judiciary tribunal to review the punishment system to reach all fairness in passing judgment.
What say you.

HUDUD Issue Again!
A never-ending story on HUDUD. But most politicians failed to realise that HUDUD is just a set of law and it is not all about punishment. It is meant to be a deterrent to all concern and not just the Muslims.
If a Muslim ruler or Muslim dominated government intends to implement HUDUD, it must transcend on every citizen of one country, regardless of ethnic or religion background.
How to achieve this? Well, it is simple enough. Education, Learning and Accepting. We, Muslims, must educate the public what HUDUD is all about. Learn to entice and persuade the public until we reach the level of acceptance.
HUDUD is not just to cut one's hand, to throw stones at adulterers, to cane wrongdoers etc. It is much more than that.
Have anybody ever think why the public seems so scared of HUDUD? It is caused by sheer ignorance by Muslims and the non-Muslims alike. Never want to understand.
Where we Muslims stand n0w? Are we going to just let the politicians politicise HUDUD or educate what it is all about? Are there anybody out there that really can explain how HUDUD come into existence and from where in the Holy Quran that mentioned HUDUD? How the type of punishment is formulated? Where are the sources? These pertinent points need to be addressed and presented before anybody in the political side can debate on this issue!

Welcome to a new life
Folks, what can I say. I am on another mission. Just got mobilised to another battlefield and this time it is more intense. Why? I am closer to my nemesis and they are three of them. Well actually, it is 3+1 because the three stooges have a snitch, or may be 2, in my battalion. Identified one and trying to root out another mole.
The battlefield has a lot of advantages and disadvantages to my strategic manouvres. Anyway, as Sun Tzu said, "know the enemy and know yourself, the heaven and earth will be yours". Guess I know the 3 stooges modus operandi and there is a bona fide evidence that they are releasing all the missiles they have to undermine my strength. So far, 75% of my battalion understood my principle and my objectives and mission. Which translate that the 25% remaining is under the protection of the snitch and/or do not have a clue to what we are trying to achieve.
God Bless my soul and my intention. It is no longer just satisfaction......it is crusade now.
Strategic Actions requires Strategic Thinking and I am not planning to fail!

Life is a Highway!
Life is a Highway.......just remembered this tune and used to croon while driving down to my birthplace or while perching on a hilltop somewhere within Bukit Antarabangsa. That was way before all the massive development that are in existence. Could see the whole of KL, without the KLCC, KL Tower etc of course! That was before I left this blessed country to be an undergraduate somewhere half-way across the globe.
Things changed subsequently (and apparently) when things got on the fast track and everybody was being jumpy or pushy. Suddenly everybody became rodents trying to get away with any cheese available. Wow! What change that was. Couldn't comprehend and adapt that fast...especially after having enjoyed the 3 years in a sleepy-hollow cowboy town in a southern state in the land of the free. Those years gone by.
Now, in a seemingly new place and became a corporate climber (again??!!!), my whole ballgame took a twist. Now, a caretaker of an expressway, though in a different mode, I suddenly recalled the song which I normally croon to. Come in a full circle perhaps?

Support for Bloggers
This is too much. Minister is trying to block all blogs that criticise his program. If you are right, then just report the matter to MACC....which is still not done yet. Let's stop this nonsense!

Eid Ul Fitri 2010 1431H
To all Muslim bloggers out there (if any following my blog.....tsk!tsk!), here's wishing all of you Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Fitri and Selamat Melengkapkan Puasa. Happy Holidays and Safe Driving.
Another Ramadhan had passed and we are approaching another year's Syawal. Hope there's no more casualty and fatality during the exodus and celebrations.
Let's pray, work and hope for a better year ahead.

Merdeka 53!
What a big relief to get another day of break from the rat race. We had Nuzul Quran holiday last Friday for the Selangorians and other states "yang sewaktu dengannya". A break from the monotonous life of the salaried man world. I have been complaining about my current status ever since I'm back into the rat race. You know the drill....from the self-employed life to a report-to-somebody, 9-5, stuck-in-a-traffic jam life. Anyway, that is the thick of it for the aspiring entrepreneur when he is too dependent on the economic situation to breathe O2 into his business. Maybe I have to quit complaining and embrace the wrath of God that is put unto me. "Sabar itu separuh dari Iman".
What can I say about Malaysia Independence celebration. For a start, why should we have Merdeka parade every Merdeka celebration? Is it really a requirement or is it something the f**king Mat Sallehs cook up for us? Think about it. Are we really independent? So much for the celebration, even in Ramadhan, the armed forces and the background singers have to do their gigs. Although it is done indoor (now parade can be done in indoor stadiums, you know), do we actually need a parade or something? How much did the Federal Government spend on this parade stuff? Isn't it better that the allocation is put into better things like giving alms to the poor and in need?
On to this Namewee. To me, he is just another shitstirrer who happens to like shit and that is why anything that comes out from his mouth is just pure shit and crap. Don't waste out time on this idiot monkey. If the Chinese support him, that is just too bad....meaning the supporters also have crappy brain. Hello AG! You got nothing to do ah!
Let's focus on the economy. This is the thing that put me in my present spot. Not complaining though. Remember, I will embrace gracefully. What has the Federal Government done to roll our economy to accumulate greater revenues, dividends etc? Hey, the people need these okay, especially for the aspiring entrepreneurs like me. We may not depend on government jobs but we need the economy to spur some domestic business for us to dwell in. Otherwise, we may have to depend on careers in the public or private sectors and these will not translate well in the domestic economy front. The stupids and the bebals in UMNO are already flying high and if anything happens to Malaysia, they are the first ones to eject out of the country.....leaving the pure Malaysians behind and strategise the new Malaysia. We cannot depend on the politicians whether they are in BN or PR. Both are numbskulls. One is led by a no-balls kow-tow-to-the-wife and the other is led by a jew-lover, ass-humping, snake-tongue talker. Are we really economy independent?
I guess not. If the US sneezes, Asians will get the 'flu and if the Asian sneezes, US will get the high fever. We need to come up with a strategy where Malaysia can be independent economically, thus we need to churn our domestic activities. Secondly, we need to reduce our dependency to foreign workers. Total independent may not be achievable as Malaysians are more learned and won't go for low-paying jobs. But what about our students in higher learning institutions? The Ministry of Higher Education should allow our students to take part time jobs as to supplement their fees and other necessities. At least we can reduce the student become GRO problems.
Be seeing ya soon!
